Lightning Brick Pavers is a paving company that has the ability to provide numerous construction services such as granite paving, tiling, concrete and brick paving. The company has over 30 employees within the business ranging from Project Managers, Operations Managers, Site Managers, Site Supervisors, Leading Hands, tradesmen, and labourers. Various staff within the company has been operating in WA for more than 15 years, and has extensive local knowledge and experience to deliver this project.
The business has internal systems and process to handle large construction projects, including Safety Management System, Quality Management System, and Environmental Management System. The business is currently finalising its Integrated Management System where it aims to obtain external certification by SAI Global for Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Design by late of 2013. The current systems and process has allowed the business to operate successfully for large infrastructure projects. External certification is the next logical progression for the business.
